Question: Admob smart banners

Is it possible to use Admob smartbanner size with the plugin?

It was possible to start out with - but I haven't specifically checked in a long time.
Other users have had trouble getting it to work: #107
My old project Dead Ascend had it working if I remember correctly. But something might have changed since then.

I see - we have to manually set the height/width for the smart banner. On iOS there are some constants (kGADAdSizeSmartBannerPortrait, kGADAdSizeSmartBannerLandscape). I will check if we can use these somehow.
