Request: Release Request for PHP 8.3 Compatibility with emplode Method Type Fix

We are currently using this package in a PHP 8.3 environment, and version 1.0.8 includes an essential emplode method type fix that we rely on for stability. However, due to the PHP version constraints (php: ~5.6|~7.0) in the 1.0.8 release, we cannot update to this version in our PHP 8.3 environment without compatibility issues.

It appears that the master branch has already incorporated the necessary changes from PR #3, please create a new release.
