**September 8 and 9**: Dr. Andrew Hipp, head of the herbarium and systematics laboratory at Morton Arboretum, conducting research on the origins and implications of plant biodiversity.

**November 3 and 4**: Dr. Lucy Delaney, your BCQ Course Coordinator, and former Forensic Molecular Biologist at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner.

**November 17**: Dr. Meg Malone, marine biologist at the Field Museum and Biological Sciences at UIC, studying the diversity and distribution of coral reef fishes across space and time, their functional morphology, and feeding behaviors.
