Is it possible to mount multipde separate directories?

Not at this time, but I think you could run two docker images that do separate directories. Is this something you think is common and would be very useful? If you'd be interested in attempting to add this feature I'd be happy to look at merging it.

Note: Probably wait until the next version (1.1.0) is released, as it is a major rework of some parts of the scripts.
