Simple system to clone tweets from a specific list and post them to the main account.

Tweeps on a private list can push to @GreenpeaceUK by using #gp in their tweets.

Designed to work on heroku with clock process within cedar stack.
rooster needs redis to work, so first add redis-to-go addon into your app then create environment variables below
