What would you like to be added:
Make system: prefixed ClusterRoles and ClusterRoleBindings optionally visible under Access Control. Currently they are filtered out with no obvious way to make them visible.

Why is this needed:
Many users and service accounts are mapped to system: prefixed ClusterRoles, and it useful to be able to view them to see what they do and do not allow. Likewise, it is useful to see what is already mapped to those roles.

You can already see those by displaying roles and bindings from all namespaces.

@nevalla Thank you for pointing out that some ClusterRoles and ClusterRoleBindings are visible. I have updated the issue accordingly.
