How to get the bearer token for Authorization?

I'm on the Letta API ref page, and trying to send some requests, however idk how I should get the bearer token for auth. I checked all the docs, and I could not find anywhere mentioning this.

That's for use with the Letta Cloud service (in early access atm) - for self-deploy, you can leave it blank. Sorry for not making this more clear in the docs!
