Hello.

I would like to load an lief.PE.ResourceIcon object to change the old from a file with https://lief.re/doc/latest/api/python/pe.html#lief.PE.ResourcesManager.change_icon .

Could we implement the feature to load an icon ressource from file

In resources hacker it is:

action -> add from a ressource (.res)
