feature barcode length limit cannot exceed 21

Hey,

I'm running a custom Perturb-seq library thru cumulus. When it calls "run_generate_count_matrix_ADTs", it shows the error message "Barcode AGTCAAGACCCTCGGGCTCTGTGG exceeds the length limit 21!". Is this a set limit or can we customize it anywhere?

Also, I wonder why we cannot input the feature_barcode.csv file like what 10x website documented here
