多任务下载的时候切换到移动网络，全部暂停，然后在移动网络下再全部开始，有部分任务不能正常收到回调，但实际后台可能仍在下载 #522

如题，主要是2G的情况下。

内部并没有对任何网速做特殊的处理，在网速慢时收不到回调应该是设置的回调间隔导致的，你可以参考这个ISSUE进行设置即可: #246
