What happened?

When the system comes back from sleep, the gTile GUI looks like this:

(Transparency issues, no possible to use extension)

The issue can be solved by restarting Cinnamon with: Alt + F2 and typing r

(After restarting Cinnamon)

This issue may be related to #444

Just started using this extension and have the same issue.

Oh hai all same. Any way to escalate and get a fix? I'm new and not all that techy but i'm willing to help. My config is overal similar to @xirtamdb re drivers and HW. Also have same fix of restarting Cinnamon. Thx all.

This seems to be a race condition. The monitor is not available when the code goes to find it.
