Update Request: Improve the Tutorial’s Overview page

The current overview page of the tutorials section has a few areas that need improvement. They include:

• Wrong/inconsistent Capitalization: The first sentence capitalizes “Tutorials”. The anchor text for “Getting Started” is also wrongly capitalized; additionally, the phrase has an erroneous hyphen.
• Phrasing improvements: The sentence about the tutorial’s section can be improved for better reading.
• Redundant Information: The section features a “Let’s Start with Podtato-head” section. All the content in this section is repeated in the “Let’s start with Podtato-head” document’s introduction.
