It's a false positive detection error. Here is Wiki explanation of the issue.

I think that the problem file is exec.dll (4 detections). This extension implements exec function and virtual table and you can remove it. The simplest way to avoid these alerts is recompile files until two or less detection are occured.

If you are still suspicious, you can use Softpedia version (it equals to the release version), or build the app yourself, or use DB4S/SQLiteStudio.

At this time I don't know how to supress these alerts :(
