Upgraded to 4.04 to alleviate the "null" value issues. Now, when creating a new form, or editing an existing form, if a field is edited or added, the result is error "The database value you're trying to insert does not exist: text"

Nothing would work using 4.04, so I uninstalled an reinstalled 2.2.4 which supposedly only works in SMF 2.0 yet works perfectly and installs perfectly in SMF 2.1
