v0.2.2's @cache is changing my function return types, causing pyright errors

I have some functions like:

@cache(expire=86400)
async def find_best_match(query: str) -> dict | None:
   return foo.search(query)

With v0.2.1, pyright was picking this up as returning dict | None like my annotations say.
With v0.2.2, pyright is picking this up as returning Response instead.

Should this be happening?
