running gen_build.cs creates a bld folder which has

this will be hard because the version changes with the date, e.g., 1.1.2-pre20161219081139

my CRC SHA comes from installing 7zip per
http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-remove-crc-sha-from-context-menu-in-windows-1078/
