When categories are clicked in a specific user's site, posts from other uses' sites show in results

When I clicked the ruby category while in my site, it showed tagged posts by Derick Bailey. Is the category list network wide?

Also, clicking some categories goes to empty page. 😢

Example: http://lostechies.com/gabrielschenker/blog/category/job/
Was clicked from home page on Gabriel's post: http://lostechies.com/gabrielschenker/2015/01/31/starting-a-new-adventure/
But from inside his blog clicking the category on the right (job): it works http://lostechies.com/gabrielschenker/category/job/

Need to remove the /blog/ from the homepage category urls.

Think I've fixed it. @derekgreer please test. 😄

Fixed by:

• Login to your admin site.
• Go to: Network Admin > Sites (specifically '/')> Edit
• Scroll down to “Permalink Structure” and remove the “/blog” part
• Save

So the categories including posts from other developers is still an issue 😢
