I just configure a test pc with a fresh new win 11 (professional edition). aveditor runs just fine on it.
Recently I was faced with the same message as you and came to the conclusion, that the problem went from an old version of the sqlite3.dll file. Check if your pc is not using such an old version, in place of the sqlite3.dll, normally installed under C:\Program Files (x86)\aveditor

I tested it on a Thinkpad Laptop and it works fine

This problem appears on my windows installation even windows 10 has the same error and some of my other development software has it too. It could be from windows version error on my machine, I'm trying to reinstall it with new version.
