the entire repo should be removed, and prevented from recreation. this was a blatant violation of his NDA and non disclosure.

there are no other forks i have seen.

it is not open source. it is a closed sourced commissioned by me. photo proof is attached below.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
there are no changes. i would like for github to prevent him from creating this repo in the future if possible.
