Where do the results go after pytest test/? 4 failed, 223 passed, 3 skipped, 35 warnings. A test-atom-input.pt file is generated in the root directory. How can I check the test results?

I recommend referring to GitHub's CI pipeline to run these tests and inspect their outputs. For example: https://github.com/lucidrains/alphafold3-pytorch/actions/runs/10669195311/job/29570548592
