Bluetooth track info

Got a request for CuteSpot. I would love to see the Bluetooth controls, that now work like a charm, were expanded with streaming track info via Bluetooth as well.

I tried to track it down how the implementation in the Jolla Music Player works, but I could not find it in the qml files. So I think they are directly using the DBus properties within the C++ code.
