account for api pagination when task definitions exceed 100 #3

When getting the latest task definition, an api call is made to http://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdkforruby/api/Aws/ECS/Client.html#list_task_definitions-instance_method

Currently broadside just grabs the last one from that call, but if it exceeds 100 then the method will not correctly return the last one.
