Framework와 Library는 문제를 해결하기 위해 작성된 재사용이 가능한 code입니다.
Framework는 구조를 제공해주기 때문에 개발자가 해당 뼈대 위에 code를 작성하면 됩니다. 하지만 Library는 단순 활용 가능한 도구들의 집합이기 때문에 개발자가 직접 Library에서 제공하는 기능을 이용해 뼈대를 만들어야 합니다.
