hello I'm starting now with HomeAssistant and I installed this services, but, I can't get snapshot, anybody could help me?

use the substream image as a snapshot, that is what i do

The snapshot entity keeps a picture taken on calling hikvision_next.update_snapshot action. It can be used in automations. Without calling action it is empty like on screenshot.
