Right now, we have Nessie AND ant-design AAAAND Material ui all in the browser.

We want to progress with material across the board, so we should remove and replace both antd and nessie components / deps etc with material-ui counterparts.

QA: The only noticible difference should be new icons / perhaps slightly altered layout. Nothing drastic/broken.
