Update the scrolling numerical displays to be more configurable.

The font size on the small scrolling displays are the same size as the fonts on the airspeed and altitude tapes. We need to change these to be more configurable. They should also be separate widgets so that they can be shown or not depending on preferences. Also the transparency and colors should be adjustable as well.
