Won't pip install for python 3.12.0 #588

Error when trying to pip install in python 3.12.0. Same error as reported here:

pydata/pandas-datareader#969

Ok, thanks for the report. I'm not currently working on PyMKS, but might try and catch it up with current dependencies in the next few months.
