Latest APM:Plane (on APM2.6) (git 3.0.4-beta4) have buggy waypoint storage.
When i send many (>15) points, it stops at ~12 and don't respond to later pull requests. Only wp clear & reflash restore to normal operation. Seems QGC can break it too.

In this conditions i found bug: pull does one request list and then stops, while it must do another 3 try.
