Fix `home.nix` location #4

When running home-manager switch we get the following error:

λ home-manager switch
Keeping your Home Manager home.nix in /Users/maxdeviant/.config/nixpkgs is deprecated,
please move it to /Users/maxdeviant/.config/home-manager

Will need to move this at some point.
