Fade when "always on top"

i'm thinking about a fade effect when you don't pass the mouse over the window for a while, for making it less invasive an more cool

Would be cool...

could recover from transparent when mouse hovers over small zone.
and optionally could fade to opaque when track changes... then fade back (could get annoying, so probably should be optional.

Such a great app already! :D
