Should predict(..., type="prob") expect values of distrx to be intervals or values in the range start..end ?

At the moment predict(..., type="prob") adjusts the values of distrx using the start (forward) or end (reverse) that were specified in the original call to wtdttt().

Stata wtdtttpredprob simply expects interval quantities (e.g. representing number of days) and does not adjust for start/end
