Circle and rectangle tool lags the app

Issue description:

Using circle and rectangle tools lags out the app too much, FPS really plummets down (from 145 to 4).
I expect this to not happen, details in the video.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app.
2. Use circle or rectangle tool.
