Describe the bug
Health Estimate accounts for Wounds taken = to Wounds Max as still being conscious, but only for Wild Cards. The same logic should be applied to Extras. If an Extra has Max Wounds of 1 and takes a wound they should still be conscious.

To Reproduce
Create an NPC who is not a Wild Card
Set their wounds = 1 or add in the Resilient Feature
Increase their wounds to 1 - the Health Estimate is Incapacitated

Expected behavior
In this situation the math should be the same as it is for Wildcards ( minus the special case when the Wildcard max wounds is missing)
