[Feature Request] Sort Presets

Add the ability to sort Presets (and their folders) by Name/Date.

The other tabs at the bottom (Image History, Models, VAEs, LoRAs, Embeddings, ControlNets, and Wildcards) all have a sort dropdown:

However this does not exist for Presets.

Presets can currently be organized into folders via renaming, however the default sort order appears to be the order in which the Preset was created/last renamed, so the only way currently to reorder them is by renaming them one by one. Preset folders also appear to be displayed in order of when they were created.
