Model Downloader: Include author in model name pattern

Feature Idea

Currently, the Model Downloader uses the model name pattern [Model_Name]-[Model_Version]. However, there are many LoRAs for the same person, object, concept, style, etc. for the same base model by different authors, which can lead to overlap (unrelated names with same version) or ambiguity (unrelated versions with same name). While these can be manually updated, it could be useful to include author in this pattern or have standard variables so users can define their preferred pattern.
