Make this a cozy home for the resolver project

After #271, we should rework the repo to better reflect that the Resolver project and nuget package are built from here. Alternatively, the resolver project should have another repo.

I was wondering about other Rhino.Inside "helpers", but since the Python one already has its own home, I'm leaning towards creating a new repo for the .NET resolver and archiving this one. As long as we link to the correct repo from the nuget package, I think it will all make sense.
