error when python setup.py build develop in STFT downstream fine-tunning

Endo-FM/STFT/stft_core/csrc/cuda/ROIAlign_cuda.cu:5:10: fatal error: THC/THC.h: No such file or directory 5 | #include <THC/THC.h>

Could you help to make some adjustment for STFT to adapt to higher version of torch?
torch 2.1.2+cu121
