Problème avec MMOB /1mtyb.pdb

Bonjour,

Avez-vous vérifier la séquence de ce pdb ? Car lorsque mon groupe et moi meme en downstream essayons de créer nos modèles et donc de faire correspondre sa sequence template contenue dans les fichiers .foldrec avec celle du fichier .pdb, les deux séquences sont différentes, ce qui nous parait incohérent.

Thank you for informing us about this discordance.

In fact it was just a problem of automatization while cleaning the database before we pass it to you.
In the real HOMSTRAD database there are 2 families:
the MMOB (in capital) and the mmob (in lowercase) which correspond to different folds. Our automatic method of cleaning the database was not sensible into capital and lowercase so it merged the two families. And we were so "lucky" to merge the files of the one family with the name of the second. :)
Anyway, i just corrected it. Now you only have the real MMOB family while we forget completly the mmob family.
Like this you have 1009 families in your HOMSTRAD database.

Please do not hesitate to point us other problems like this one!
