PSIPRED

Hello everyone,
Some teams wanted to implement PSIPRED in their codes and they faced difficulties in installing this tool.
You will find PSIPRED code in the following directory: Codes/Tools/PSIPRED

The script you will use is called ---> runpsipred_single
Inside this script you have to precise 2 paths. At line 14 (set execdir=) and line 17 (set datadir=)
Is better if you do it explicitly.

To launch this script is very simple:
./runpsipred_single name_of_your_fasta.fasta

Let us know in case of any difficulty.

PS. For them who are gonna use PSIPRED (but other tools as well).
As you can see most of them contain licence. Do not forget to cite every external tool you are using in your reports and your presentations.
