Preamble:
This license is based on the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0) but includes additional restrictions prohibiting commercial use. This ensures the software remains free for non-commercial purposes while still requiring modifications to be open-source.
1. Definitions:
- "Non-Commercial Use" means any use that is not primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
- "Commercial Use" means any distribution, sublicensing, sale, monetization, or offering of this software in exchange for financial gain.
