Describe the bug
The new version of fsouza/fake-gcs-server (1.19) breaks plugin tests.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just clone master, start docker-compose and run tests.

Expected behavior
Tests passed.

OS: MacOs catalina
