Can "github_repo_prs" be made to query only incremental PRs?

Hi,

I'm trying out mergestat for a large repo. It takes a long time to run this query SELECT * FROM github_repo_prs('bay1inc/release'). Is it possible to run this query but make it only query the recent PRs? In other words, make the query incremental. Thanks!
