Unpack rar files split over multiple files

Enable unpacking of rar archives split over multiple files

Why is this feature a useful, necessary, and/or important addition to this project?

It is common for RAR archives to be split over multiple files

file.r00
file.r01
file.rar

Trying to take the reader of the .rar files results in: rardecode: filename required for multi volume archive. Which is to be expected since you don't provide any filesystem info like the filename or path.

What alternatives are there, or what are you doing in the meantime to work around the lack of this feature?

Will try to use rardecode directly.

Huh, I'm not familiar with this functionality/feature. Do you have a clue as to how we'd implement (use rardecode to do) that?
