Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Storage Explorer -> Open 'Settings' -> 'Application -> Regional Settings'.
2. Select 'español' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
3. Select one storage account -> Resize the EXPLORER panel horizontally.
4. Observe the Actions & Properties panel.
5. Check whether the triangle icon doesn't overlap the properties string.
