PiCamera2 is now shipped with the latest Raspberry Pi OS, so we can update the code to use this:

Update the instructions in lesson 2 of manufacturing for the Pi setup to remove the legacy camera instruction
Update the program the camera task to use Picamera2

Add a step to the program the camera task to use Pillow to resize/rotate.
