📝 Provide a description of the new feature

What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?

Provide a shortcut & context option that activates a popup preview of selected files in Explorer, in the style of macOS' Preview.

There're some good applications that attempt this already. I'm using: https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook/ . Occurred to me that it'd be an interesting future direction given your work on Preview extensions.
