PowerToys Run InvalidCastException #11920

Attempts to reproduce this aren't producing the bug (and launch the desired program). Seems like a one-off (have used PowerToys for a long time without this issue). |

Steps to reproduce
Tried to launch Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18.
✔️ Expected Behavior
It opening the program like PowerToys run normally does.
