Steps to reproduce

Download powertoys, install, try to run, open settings, or interact in any way.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Something to open

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing opens, it does not even appear to attempt to open other than a loading wheel for a few seconds. The ribbon widget it there it just does not do anything.

I have tried:

• uninstalling and reinstalling (both from git hub and the windows package manager) several times
• installing from microsoft store (it wont download)
• updating my windows desktop 3.1 runtime
• restarting my computer
• running as both administrator and normally
• task manager force closing app and reopening.
