Context menu not showing up in subfolder on Windows 11

Steps to reproduce

1. Select subfolders only in a folder
2. Right Click to show context menu
3. PowerRename Does Not Show.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Select subfolders to rename.

❌ Actual Behavior

When I only select subfolders PowerRename does not show in the context menui.

can you give some file paths? Wondering if this could be maybe a onedrive or something quirk. /needinfo

for me, if i'm in "C:\Users\crutkas\Downloads" and i right click on "Re__Attorney_review_for_house_sale", i see the powerrename option.

@jcuster06 Explorer process needs to be restarted to make it work. #19124 Can you confirm if this has been done in the mean time? (trying the context menu right after installation gives not the expected result)
