Install a 3rd-party plugin for PowerToys Run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

First, I would like to say thank you guys for the great tools for the Windows user. I am wondering if the user can install a 3rd-party plugin like the command wpm install in WOX or if we can install the plugin in the settings UI. The tool will be more powerful if we can support a 3rd-party plugin.

Scenario when this would be used?

Installing more plugin for PowerToys Run.

there are 3rd party plugins for PTR (not that many tho), but they have to be compiled for PTR, you can't just take them from WOX as is.
example of 3rd party plugin here, it's not included in the official build because it relies on 3rd party executables and libraries to run, which the devs here don't want to include for security reasons.
